Trial version, keeps downloading over and over again

Thanks, I tried that, it solved the problem. However now my password is incorrect for some reason. That's about as much patience I'm willing to give to a game.
That's unfortunate, but that sounds like human error this time around.
Yor game and forum logins are the same. Are you sure that you are downloading/installing the correct version - North America vs Europe - for your trial type?

For password issues, it's required that we mention it is Case Sensitive. Check your CAPS?
So, I decided to give this game a try. I downloaded trial, started, everything worked like it should. However everytime I quit and try to start the game again, it asks me to choose install directory and starts downloading 3.6gb again. I refuses to start from "cityofheroes.exe" saying that I should start from "cohupdater.exe" and that is the file which keeps downloading again -.-
I'm kinda tired of having to download the game again, I already did it twice.
