Alignment question

Could someone confirm or correct these?

If I move my villain to rogue status he can:

  • Get redside dayjob badges.
  • Get missions from redside contacts.
  • Get paper missions.
  • Join hero TFs, but will only be awarded the badges once he turns hero.

1) yes

4) You can start a Hero TF, run them, and even get the badges for them.

Might be easier to consider this question from the other way around.
The only things you can't do as a Rogue that you can do as a Villain is:

1) Have the villain alignment power Frenzy.
2) Have the ability to enter The Crucible to do anything related to villain alignment merits.

Everything else redside related is exactly like being villain as far as I know.

You can also run police scanner missions blueside, but you won't get any actual contacts until you turn hero
