Unable to see which enhancements I have for set bonus'

Apologies if this has been raised before but on my Preotorian(sp) character I am unable to see which enhancements i have slotted when i hover over with my mouse pointer making it difficult to know which enhancement i need to buy....

eg...I have 2 of the 3 winters gifts but i cannot tell which 2.

Any ideas?

Menu > Options >
General >
Miscellaneous >
ToolTips > Enabled

This seems to be a common issue lately. I wonder if it's default for new characters is now "disabled" for some reason. That would be a strange thing to have changed.
