Concept Build: Min/Max

Invisibility, phasing, dark matter control, laser vision, energy projection and flight.
So basically...I need the build to keep all those different powers while still min/maxing for AV soloing...if possible.
However, you could take liberties such as flight...you can get rid of Fly if needed...as long as hover is still there...the concept of flight is still intact.
I'm back to the game after a year long break...and I'm very excited to be back.
Got my controller working for the game and it's like a new game to me.
I have my concept character and I want him min/maxed, geared for AV soloing, while still staying in concept...if possible.
So, here is the build...feel free to take some liberty with it...but please try as best you can to keep it within concept.
