Issues with the NCsoft Store
As always, some of us can get it.
Some dont.
The level of spectation on this was too high for me.
I want this problem solved ASAP.
The only fatal flaw of NCSOFT is the lame store and the stupid Regional IP Block directing the Latin America to the inept LevelUp Games.

They've had the same problem with Latin America for years. I don't think ASAP is possible, or it would have happened already.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
I was unable to buy the animal pack. I'd previously bought packs with no problems.

Contact Ncsoft by the helpdesk or by phone. Phone will get things resolved really quick. I didn't have problems this time buying but I have had them in the past. I was told by a tech once that if you buy from different locations that will flag the account.
I type in my account name and password, it asks for me to answer the hint questions. I then have to remember exactly how I typed the answers which can be done in one of several ways depending whether or not I abbreviated, used caps etc...

It then gives me a link to support in which it tells me how to submit a question about it and provide inside account information. I do that submitting red asterisked unnecessary stuff as well and it basically then sends me to a new account page.

I'm entering in everything correctly, this has been happening for about 2 days... and I purchased a server transfer fine this morning. I've tried to buy the Party pack and Martial Arts pack. I purchased the Magic pack perfectly fine the day before that.

I sent myself 3 or 4 tickets with all the informations about my account, more than 2 weeks ago, and still, no answers from the Support team about how to fix it.
Many people have the same problem, and I think many aren't aware yet ot it but will be in the same situation soon.
I heard even people that answered the correct answers can't log in...brilliant update, really...
Still dont work cant buy any stuff at all at the store and i whant lots of booster they just dont whant my cash.

So I decided to spend the money on a server transfer (absolutely insane. Charging us $15 a month to play, then $10 to move a single toon to a new server (which should take: All of a second or less and no human involvement on your end - you pirates. Seriously. $10 is robbery).
And because I rarely (if ever) buy anything in the store, I forgot my master account password. So I request a reset.
It's going on an hour and a half later, and I have no reset e-mail.
What does one do? Open a support ticket. The e-mail confirming that my ticket will be reviewed "shortly" came IMMEDIATELY, of course.
The end result? Frankly, I don't need my password because I've decided to skip the server transfer and will likely not buy anything else in the store.
But you guys at NCSoft should know that this kind of slow response on a password reset request (which is pretty much instantaneous with any other MMO provider) has cost you money.
Given the statistical probability that this has happened to others and they've just not bothered to say anything, you guys have likely lost considerably more than just my 10 bucks over time.
Check your spam folder. All my pw reset emails (I choose weird unguessable passwords [no real words] that I forget ) have been there within a minute, usually pretty much instantaneous.

Yes, I've been checking SPAM folders.
I got a reset link 3 hours after my first request. By then, having requested a support ticket and looked around for store issues on the forums, I'd already sent a second request.
So now I'm still waiting (and it's 11:29am the next day) for the second reset e-mail since the system has *already* reset my password and is not letting me in without the new password.
Meanwhile, I'm locked out of my NCSoft master account and couldn't buy anything for any NCSoft game on my account if I wanted to.
I've been having to use their paypal feature to subscribe and buy the packs since I came back in Jan...the only problem is I can't buy new server slots or anything like that ont he server screens because it won't let me put my new credit card on file. *visa debit..keeps being denied..same card used on my paypal account!*
They realy need to enable thos eof us that subscribe through paypal to buy server space,rename tokens, and so forth....

So it turns out I am an idiot.
It serves me right because I hadn't played COH much in the last year, and I'd forgotten what I had originally purchased.
I *thought*, that in the past, I had only bought the going rogue *expansion*.
And I thought the *GR Collectors Edition* was some fancy NEW version of it with NEW items and a free month.
Turns out, I bought the EXACT same thing (I had bought the GR collectors edition twice...)
/e facepalm self.
My apologies to the poor support staff who just had to explain to me that I'd already bought this before. I feel like a moron now lol. At least he was very polite, and he also offered me a refund.

NCSoft Master Account and Store websites are the biggest pieces of garbage I have ever had the displeasure of using. Every single time I tried to purchase something from it I have had to open multiple tickets and keep trying for weeks to get the damn pack/purchase that I want.

Heh. The best part is people in Beta were trying to argue that the NCSoft store was soooooo reliable.
Funny....I don't have access to my purchased slots. Imagine that. And it's a wonder why we're so weary about another store.

We'll see....
Making an alt on the slots I've paid you people for would be a genuine luxury at this point... but if I'm no longer entitled to those slots then perhaps I can have my money back, hm? Seems fair to me. There is option 2 though (and I think we're both leaning towards this one): Fix it.

I just bought 2 with no problems whatsoever...one with my Visa (debit), the other with PayPal (same Visa debit). Did them one right after the other.
