Snow Storm has its old "blinding" animations back.

Just a quick note to the devs that it appears that Snow Storm in the Cold Mastery epic powers seems to have gotten it's old vfx back and the fog generated by the secondary infections is completely overwhelming and that anyone within an infected mob can see nothing but a swirling white screen.

Can this please be fixed asap as it is making life very difficult for us squishies as the tank cannot see a thing and can't see any enemies breaking off to attack us?
