QR is no, enhances only increase duration, can never increase magnitude except with special cases like domination on dominators and overpower mezzes on trollers
Actually... it depends. Mostly no, sometimes yes.
The magnitude Intangibility has been known to be magnitude and not duration for many powers. And KB is always Magnitude that is affected since duration is meaningless for KB.

OK, let's say I'm specifically talking about the Detention Field power. It does Intangible, Self-Only, and Immobilize on a target.
Is there any way to increase the Intangible on that? Is there any point to increasing the Intangible on it? If I do increase the intangible, and it's not self only, will some baddy be unhitable while he's free to beat me up?
Speficially the list mentioned using Hami-O's for this. It sounds like I might be able to increase the the Intangibility Mag with Peroxisomes, but do I want to?

If it functions like Black Hole, then if you can sneak in a Mez buffer, it should increase magnitude.
It all depends if the 'strength' of the power is defined by its Mag or its Duration.
The only way to tell would be to copy it to Test and test it out. Have another player monitor their attributes in PvP/Arena with and without the HO in the power. Or, use a MkIII analyzer on a foe to see.

So one of the server channels mentioned something I'm not familiar with. Most Mez IOs and other enhancements say they enhance the duration of a Mez. Do those enhancements also increase the Magnitude of a mez?
Like if I have a mag 3.0 Hold, and I put a +34% Hold Enhancement in the power, is the hold now effectively a 4.0 hold?
