Duplicate Badge Titles

Issue 18 brought with it many badges, however, at least two of them have title conflicts with other badges:

Resolute
* 75-month Veteran Reward
* Complete a Hero Morality Mission

Socialite
* Pocket D/Tailor Day Job Accolade
* Villain name for the Justice Avenger Exploration in Perez Park

Yup. They REALLY need to get some kind of database going, and reference it when selecting titles for badges.
