Depending on the influence you have, you might try converting Reward Merits into Hero Merits. And with Hero Merits buy the LoTG: +rech
EDIT:
LoTG: +Rech costs 2 Hero Merits.
20,000,000 and 50 Reward Merits = 1 Hero Merits. This can be done only once every 20 hours.
You can get 1 or 2 Hero Merits every two days through Morality missions.
EDIT 2:
This is, of course, if you don't want to gamble the rolls or pay the high market prices.

I wasn't sure where to post this but as it's intended for my tank I thought I'd post it here.
I was planning on having 5 LotG +rech IO's in my SD/SS tank's new build but I'm having trouble getting hold of them. By the time I hit 50, I had about 400 reward merits but instead of buying them outright, I thought I'd do random rolls with them in the hope that I'd get my hands on a couple of them for cheaper and possibly some oher lucrative recipes. I was happy with my 2 Numina +regen/+recovery's but sadly no LotG's.
Does anyone know the best way to get LotG +rech's? either with reward merits/AE tickets?
