Found a work around. Hit the "Register" button in the nav since it didn't think I had an account, then the page says that you are already registered.
Then click the "City of Heroes Forums" link in the bread crumb and then it remembers who you are.
Edit: Problem only occurs when you come in via boards.coh.com instead of boards.cityofheroes.com
I think you're onto something. I haven't seen a "can't login" on my iPad, but I have had the "can't stay logged in" problem on both my iPad and Macbook Pro. But I started coming in via boards.cityofheroes.com (the top) rather than my bookmark to the English top level, and I've been OK since then (iPad and laptop both).

Anyone else have a problem logging into the forums from mobile safari? I can't seem to log in using my iPad or iPhone 4. It will say 'thanks for logging in' but when the page refreshes it gives me 'guest' version of the page.
