I believe War Witch's statement was something along the lines of wanting to keep Praetoria as a new experience for new characters for a while before filling it up with visitors.

no timeframe, but in the Q&A primals will be able to go to praetoria.
For now you'll have to be happy with only going to select portions of Praetoria for the purposes of blowing up small parts of it.
OK, not flaming or anything like that, but was I the only one upset that I can not take my old toons to Praetoria? Supersidekick opened up the horizons, we´re freed of the division between Heroes and Villains (if you´re a Rogue or a Vigilante you can enjoy both worlds), but there is still segregation for the poor old Primal Earth toons from Praetoria? I personally think it is unfair...
So, any toughts on that? Any words from the Red Names about when and if Primal Earth toons will be able to access Praetoria?
