I don't remember my bug reports ever showing up in the list on the support site.
But yeah, it does seem that it was around the time of that extended maintenance they did that everything seemed to stop working right.
Forums constantly logging me out, no emails for /bug reports, character copy tool took an extended vacation, etc.
EDIT: Sent a few PM's, got a response that they've been forwarded to the appropriate parties.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I use to get an email all the time I submitted a bug report. I have not gotten an email and none of the new /bug's I have submitted are listed on my list on the support site.
