I went for Siphon insight for defense bonus since I already have too many 5% bonus on recharge. remember, you can only have 5 instances of 5% recharge from your sets. If you add a 6th set with 5% recharge, then you hit the cap and don't get the 5% recharge. Before you slot DWD, count your 5% rech bonuses.
im gonna 6 slot my tohit debuff power.. should i do all Dark watchers despair... or all siphon insight?
