Cheapest build for farming?

I did post this in the scrapper forum but someone mentioned the general arch forum may be better. What's the cheapest build for a casual player for farming and some all around playing?

For cheapest, I'd say a Fire/Kinetics Controller. You can farm effectively with just SOs. And a smash/lethal defense soft capped build is still relatively cheap if you go with IOs. Farm builds aren't typically ideal for "all around playing" though. They are optimized to do one thing well.

Fire/Kin Controller and SS/WP Brute. Both can farm with just SOs.
