costume piece issue with belts not working

If I go to change any of my 50s main costumes in the belts section none of the new belts from Going Rogue show up.

If I go and load up a differen costume for that character (but some don't work with this) the belts show up. Not sure what other pieces are affected like this.

I tried to save my main look to my costumes, then remake the costume by loading that main look into a different costume slot even on a different character, and it still won't show the new belts with that specific outfit even if i remove it completely from the costume.
