Even when I'm not on Virtue I can always find a team forming amongst the global channels and across the servers. Ya just gotta be willing to go where they want to play.
On Freedom I'm always turning down team invites. I pretty much never play on pure PuGs anymore due to bad experiences, but I'm polite about turning down invites. Even though people rarely read my search comments since they clearly state that I will not join PuGs. Also, that's more of a reflection on me than on the people asking... I just don't like playing the game much anymore without friends. By and large, Freedom is friendly in my experience.
