They were working on the website this morning. Sounds like your smartphone's DNS server haven't been updated yet.

Possibly a mobile version of the page, formatted to work better with Smartphones and such.
The name resolves to the same IP address as boards.cityofheroes.com resolves to, so it's apparently just another portal onto the forums.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

i was pointed to that as well, and i'm not on a cellphone.

Also, if you tried loggin in with the coh103.gtm site, the login was unsecure, so your info could've been captured.
Whenever I try to access this forum from my Smartphone, It keeps redirecting me there.
I am worried this is some fishing site.
Anyone know what this?
