Game won't load

Since the recent (7/27/2010) 12-hour downtime, my game no longer loads. It shows the update and license screen, then switches to the "loading" graphic and never goes beyond that point. This first occurred when I attempted to log in after the outage and may not be related.

I've searched the support forums for answers and tried every suggestion I found with no luck. I am a 69-month veteran and play often. I've not been able to contact tech support during the hours they answer the phone so far and am frustrated. I'd appreciate any suggestions anyone has on resolution of this issue.

FYI - I have an Asus G73J computer with 16 gb of RAM, a 1 GB graphics card and 1 TB of drive space. The game has worked fine on this computer since I bought it.
