Claws/SR Last Power Choice
Combat Jumping.
You'll get more mileage out of it than Stealth.
Stealth A) slows down your movement, and B) suppresses half of it's defense in combat.
Combat Jumping actually speeds your movement up and doesn't suppress anything.
Both will allow you to slot a LotG, so you should take Combat Jumping because it has most of the advantages of Stealth, with none of the drawbacks.

Thanks to all for sage advice. A corrected version using Combat Jumping and the correct Positron proc is shown (have been having headaches, guess I took a My-Duh by mistake .)
However, is CJ the Best choice? I don't have to have it to get the softcap, and can easily slot the 5th LotG in a passive. Also, now that I have plenty of ACC help in sets, should I remove the Kismet +to hit and use that slot elsewhere?

Personally I'd drop the Enzymes for a 4th LotG (the d/e/r version) for even more accuracy. For me the added accuracy would be far more important than the 0.07 end/sec I'd save slotting the Enzymes. Of course then more changes come up as you would have several more +9% accuracy bonuses and be well over the Rule of 5 for them.
Thanks Doomguide. I think I'll keep the Kismet until I purple (if ever) as it is obvious this build is designed to be able to exemp to lvl 30 (or 29 when the game hiccups - I have had it happen several times.)
Speaking of Purple---
Playing around with the final choice and taking note of the build chunk Werner posted in a newer Claws/SR thread yesterday I implemented the 3 obvious purple sets (giving up the melee defense overkill.) I also unslotted Strike as shown in the Werner chunk (Lizzz almost never uses it already without any bells and whistles yet) and converted to Red Fortune in two powers in an attempt to get a perma Hasten. I achieved a 119.5 sec recharge for Hasten. Is that enough if I keep Hasten on autofire and stay aware of the time?

Lizzz is back with a final question. This build is effectivly softcapped to all 3 positions now, with a bulge in melee defense to remain capped even under debuff and gain the recharge bonus of two obliteration sets. The final power choice is WHAT?
I have prepared 2 variants using Stealth and Combat Jumping. What other options am I overlooking?
STEALTH - Never had a toon with real stealh. How useful is it? (on reflection I suppose I could put a proc in Shockwave on this build too, and forfiet the regeneration bonus, as the end reduction is minimal and the power will need to be turned off in any extended fight.
