Error Message when going to account management ???

I keep getting this message when trying to log into my account topay for another month

There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

Should I continue and log in or contact support to see if this is a scam to get my personal info ???? I am trying to log in from the CoH main webpage.

Try going to it from ncsoft.com, seems that it doesn't work well when going from another site there
