Ultra Mode
Not very well. You may be able to turn on one or two UM options at the lowest portions, but your FPS will probably suffer if you turn anything up.
The only way to know for sure is to turn on options and see.

But the only option I get is Shading-low.

My pet peeve is people who refuse to acknowledge it when I tell them my character has unlimited power. If I rp attack them they are of course disintegrated beyond the ability of any hospital or magic to restore. Yet despite this they refuse to delete their characters and still keep playing them as if nothing happened. ~Mandu, 07-16-2010

does the term: Not At All mean anything to you?
I went to the Paragon wiki website and saw that, you could use ATI Radeon HD 4890, but how would the ATI Radeon HD 4225 work in Ultra mode?

The starting point for running all of the Ultra Mode options at once on the ATi side is RadeonHD 4850.
The RadeonHD 4225 is going to be an integrated chipset, and that's, nowhere near enough. It only has only 1/5th of the texture power of the 4850, 1/12 of the shading power, and even in it's most powerful memory configuration, 1/6 of the possible memory bandwidth: http://www.techarp.com/showarticle.aspx?artno=88&pgno=3
If you want to run UltraMode, you'll need to get an add-in graphics card.
