Cloaking Device and Stealth are mutually exlusive toggles. You can only have one of the two toggled on.
However, Smoke Grenade is not a toggle, so it'll work fine.

Also: Super Speed gives you stealth (in PvE), but is compatible with all stealth toggles.

It's worth noting that Smoke Grenade is a perception debuff rather than a stealth buff, so it works even on opponents (such as Rikti Drones) that ignore stealth.
- Stealth specific, as their primary function, toggles untoggle each other.
- Superspeed is not a stealth power, but can function as one, so not detoggled.
- IOs are great for saving a power when getting your stealth on.
- Never trust a stealth buff from someone else, you'll get killed.
Does Stealth, from the Concealment pool, stack with Cloaking Device and Smoke Grenade?
The description says that it "doesn't stack with any other form of Concealment power such as Shadow Fall or Steamy Mist." Therefore, from the description alone I'm guessing it wont stack...but for some reason I remember someone telling me that it does stack.
Please clarify!
