According to an old guide I found they respawn after 30 minutes

well, provided you did it in under half an hour the shields to the mothership will now be down. if this isn't the case, then you probably went over time and will have to go back and kill the pylons as they respawn. Each one respawns half an hour after it was destroyed, so the first one you killed will be the first to respawn etc...

If I wanted to plan a small raiding team, just to see what could happen, how long before the pylons start respawning?
Basically how fast would we need to take them all down to lower the shields?
I've only done it with like 5 full teams active and they all get zerg'd down in a few minutes.
