Video Recording in CoX

Hello, I am trying to make a small video about CoH and CoV for a game design class. I was hoping that someone might please give me a suggestion on a video-capturing program that would work. I own PCs, but I reluctantly have access to Macs, which do not have CoX on them, and probably wont be able to (school computers) If anyone can help or give suggestions that would be great.

I'd look in the Multi-media thread for this, that's where the video folks, like Samuraiko/Dark Respite hang out.
