Yes and no. Yes, a RadeonHd 4650 can drive pretty much any resolution screen you throw at it in 2D.
Ok, guys and gals, long time player just didn't post much.
I have a few questions regarding a laptop that i bought. Its an HP dv6-1362nr with with an ATI mobility 4650. Here are the questions. 1. It has an HDMI port, I assume I can Hook up to my 23 inch lcd tv that I use as a monitor, can this laptop handle the resolution of the bigger screen? |
No, don't expect it to render all of your games at 30frames per second at 1920*1080 (1080p).
You should be able to run CoH in non-ultra mode at that resolution though.

2. If I do so will that count as a 2 screen setup? Laptop screen and Tv |

3. the lap top also has a standard pc hookup, so could I use 2 monitors and laptop screen for a total of 3 screens? |
Right off hand, my guess is that you can only use the HDMI OR the VGA port, but not both.
But hey, try it and see.
