Brawl: can't slot End Reduction
I forget exactly when it was changed but Brawl no longer has an endurance cost. So it no longer can take, or need, end reduction.
Sometimes you get the bear; sometimes he get you, rips your head off, sucks out your eyes, pulls out your spleen, humps your leg and pees in your boots
No endurance cost? I must have missed that somewhere! Time to go through some old patch notes.

I remember when that was announced, some people immediately went and respec'd their brutes to have six slotted Brawl with procs. XD

I had noticed the lack of end drain that I used to get from having brawl as the auto attack for my brutes to build Fury. I'm very glad that they made that change. I haven't gotten around to respecing any toon or adding any extra slots to brawl, but it's something that I've actually considered, which is saying a lot because I never used it past lvl 5 or so in the past.
@Joshua.
I was thinking of giving a MM of mine 4-5 slots of brawl with damage procs + accuracy.
Most likley be better than my other attacks
Last time I made a brute (few months ago) I was able to throw an endurance reducer into brawl. Today I can't.
If you look at the enhancers allowed the list reads as follows:
, Enhanced Recharge Speed, Enhanced Damage, Enhanced Accuracy
The comma preceding the Enhanced Recharge Speed implies that there is another enhancer that should be listed before it.
