This chest detail available for players?

Hey there, I was just fighting Warriors and noticed they have a hoplite like image on their jackets.

Is it possible to get these as players? Maybe unlock them or something? I couldn't find them when making a character.

Nope. They only Chest Emblems that are unlockable are:

Arachnos Symbol Version 1 - From the City Of Villains Collector's Edition
Arachnos Symbol Version 2 - From the 30 Month Veterans Reward. This also unlocks Freedom Phalanx, Vindicators, Vanguard, PPD, Cage Consortium, CoT, and Council Logos.
Greek Alphabet Characters - From the 6 Month Veterans Reward.
