17-Does anyone have problems with keyboard controls?

Hello all,
I am speaking on behalf of a friend, who downloaded the new I17 update and suddenly, his usal keyboard controls were out of wack. He clicked on reset all keybinds, but still, nothing. He says the usual keys at default settings (ie forward) keeps going forward when he commands his character to stop. I was wondering, does anyone else have control problems in game?

I haven't had that problem , but when I turn to the left or right at times the camera angle gets all swivley making it hard to get through doors and such
