Make the Arachnos Flier persist once spawned
It is quite sad that thanks to the STF, more heroes have the badge for defeating the Grandville flier than villains do.
Many times I've wanted to get the badge but by the time you've assembled a team the thing is usually off and away out of the zone.
If you want the flier, you should group up in Grandville, not some other zone and only gather up once you see the message.
My villain badger got the badge for the flier on a duo, and my badger is a superspeeding Mastermind (really bad combo trying to reach a flying opponent in Grandville).

Yes, because there's nothing to do in Grandville.
You can't do anything to the Flier while it's in transit from the top of the Grandville tower to its first drop point anyway.

Then you actually get there and it's already left the zone?
If you're seriously suggesting camping around in GV waiting for it...well, I don't know what to say, really. What IanTheM1 said, probably.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

Even so, it's less there's nothing to do in Grandville and more there's a whole lot else to do in another zone. Can't play the market or craft anything in Grandville, for one.

At present, the Arachnos Flier is a real headache to try and nail down. It spawns as soon as the message goes up, and has three stop off points.
Then it bails out.
We tried to grab it last night at behest of a channel friend. It wasn't that we couldn't dent the thing. With only half the team making it to Grandville in time, we still started sratching the health bar. But by the time everyone got there, it was off and away.
Which, I think, is a shame. Because it was actually really fun to fight. You're hitting a big, pseudo-hightech flier with teleporting Bane Spiders and big pew-pew lasers, flaring lights and rocket batteries; what's not to like?
My suggestion would be that, once the flier spawns on patrol, it persists until downed. Then the compulsory cooldown, until it spawns again. That way there is at least time for people to gather a team and hunt it down at the drop-zones, rather than arrive only to see it fading off the map.
