Framerate question ????

Your monitor's refresh rate will restrict your max FPS. Most top out around 60 as I understand it so that's most likely about the best you're gonna get.
It is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the products of a deranged imagination.
Check the ingame settings and the nVidia Control Panel settings for VSync. If it is set to ON, you will cap at 60 FPS or one of the lower multiples that it accepts.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

So I got my new pc built and I am loving it. CoH looks awesome and I can actually see textures and patterns on costumes now thanks to my new GeForce GTS 250. I have a framerate question thou. No matter what I set my settings to in game I am stuck at 60 FPS. This is a vast improvement from the 15 FPS I was getting on my old system but I want more if possible. Anyone got any tips or tricks to improve the FPS you get in game. Thanks.
