Test Server Access
I don't know of anything... can leave it running over night and while you're at work. Overnight worked on my old connection, had to get a slower one at my new apartment, but it was done DLing everything after about 10-12 hours, and it was a 1.5 MB connection.

I tried a technique I found on the forums (can't find the link now, of course...) that involved just copying the City of Heroes directory and running the updater to sync everything up, but that didn't appear to work. When I ran the update it tried to "fix" every pigg file and it got nowhere even after letting it run overnight.
This morning I decided to do it the old fashioned way, but it looks like everyone is trying to pull the test code... I'm getting 11k/sec. We'll see if it's done when I get home.

I'm shocked that Demon Princess 666 wasn't taken already. In fact, you can probably add 666 to the end of any name and get away with it if you're stuck for a name when I17 hits.

Does anyone know how to install the test client without re-downloading everything? My OS recently blew up and I had to re-install everything. CoX wasn't much of an issue since I have the AE disc, but I don't want to have to do it all over again for the test version.
