Maybe you could put something together for him in AE? An outdoor map like the radio station one would be fun to fly around in, and you could put in some clickable and destructible objects for him to interact with.

I know this is a T rated game, but I got a 4 yr old that loves to fly around and "SMASH" things on my wifeys account when she's not on it.
Maybe just a few fly to here and there with big colors and numbers missions.
Although he's getting really good when he plays the "throwing rocks dood".
