I think you should see a doctor about your pre-download problem. I understand there are perscriptions you can get that will help.

Did I miss something? You can now pre-download, but I17 is still in closed beta... isn't it? I thought we didn't usually pre-download until open beta had been around for awhile.
Or is this some closed but open beta I hadn't heard about? And hasn't I17 been in closed beta for a long time?
