help with VG editin freeze ups.
Before entering your SG base, try using the /unloadgfx command.
It may also be a good idea to Defragment your hard drive.
This may or may not help, but it's all I have besides suggesting you buy more ram.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

hmmm, well i just thought it was weird that it only happens during base editing...

Lots of graphics stuff gets loaded when base editing.

theres some issues with the base editing atm which cause massive lag for anyone after a little while (i think memory leak)

it also makes a huge difference how your base design is laid out and how many items are in it.
hi all, ive been noticing alot of lag when i edit my base ( add an item mainly ). the rest of the game is fine, no lag at all on max settings but, even with me lowering graphics to minimum while editing the base, i get lag. ill pick an item i want to place down and when i click / drag it, the game freezes for bout 5 seconds or more, then the items appears where i want it. its frustrating because it is making my editing take a really long time. any ideas?

p.s: my comp ONLY freezes up when editing the base, nothing else at all in game or out.
