Stealth Procs Not Stacking?

So after the newest patch, a few friends of mine kept complaining that it seemed as if Stealth was nerfed.

Upon looking at the Real Numbers, it appears that Super Speed's Stealth and the Stealth from the Travel Sets, ex Unbound Leap +Stealth, are not stacking.

(PVE) Super Speed = 35ft
(PVE) Unbound Leap = 30ft

This should add up to 65ft.

Real numbers is showing as 35ft.

AOE Stealth from outside sources, ex Arctic Fog are in fact still stacking.

If this is WIA, I think this should have been noted in the patch notes.

Otherwise, this bug is very annoying and I hope gets some attention.

Not sure about "with superspeed," but it does stack with Stalker Hide. Just checked my ma/reg Stalker.
Hide, PVE - 150
Hide, PVE with IO in Power Rush (Sprint) - 180

With an IO - Unbounded Leap +Stealth - on my Warshade. (Had to find someone with both.)
Superspeed - 35 feet
Shadow Cloak - 35 feet
Prestige Power Rush +Unbounded Leap Stealth IO - 30 feet
Total - 100 feet

So, working here.

Works for me as well..

Celerity: Steath +30
Super Speed +35
Total +65

Note that the Stealth values shown while in Ouroboros will be incorrect.

While on the same character in Ouroboros, it shows the same results as the OP:
Celerity: Steath +30
Super Speed +35
Total +35

I thought the same thing as the OP when I checked it while in Ouroboros one time. I don't know specifically why it does that, but it might have something to do with Stealth powers being blocked there. SS still works, so that value still counts, and since the proc is in SS, it shows up on the list but is not actually calculated (/theory).

If that's where you checked it too, then zone to another city and check it again for confirmation.

These are still stacking in pvp zones where i would notice it the most. I stand right next to NPCs without them doing anything. I was in there last yesterday so yep working on my end too.
