That is some talent your 12 year old has! The only thing that I would say is the eye under the scar needs to be brought up a tad higher.
Tell him to keep drawing! He definitely has a talent that he should continue to develop!

Very talented, but if he keeps drawing faces like that one, I'd be scared.

He and a friend had been playing Batman: Arkum Asylum all weekend and he just sat down and drew this up.
The colors are my weak attempt so don't judge his talent by that. I try to color his stuff as a way of learning something new. My biggest challenges are creating lines from the scans of his pencils and shading.... But that's me...
I know this isn't totally CoX related so if it's a problem I'll delete the thread. BUT he drew this last night and I was very impressed:
So much so, that I made a really bad attempt to scan it (I don't know what I'm messing up there) and then color it myself... The colors are horrible I know but I have no clue what I'm doing lol Feel free to critique just remember he's 12 and still learning...
He is supposed to be turned to his left a little which is why the eyes are off center but I think they may be a bit too much off center compared to the chin and mouth.
