At times I wont see this error, while more often I will get it every other time I attempt to post. Doesn't matter if it's a Quick Reply, Advanced post, saving from an edit, or sending a PM. I even got it trying to send a message through the "inform forum admin" link above.

It happens often enough that I have learned to ctrl+c everything before clicking on post/send. (usually) -.-

Time does not seem to be an issue, doesn't matter if I spent 30 seconds on a post or 5 minutes.

Is anyone else having this issue?

That's a vbulletin security error. I'm guessing you just upgraded to the latest version of Firefox 3.6. There is something in that version that causes the error every time somebody tries to post on a vbulletin board. Until one or the other of the softwares is patched you will probably have to roll back to an earlier version of Firefox. I'm using 3.5.8 right now and it's working well.

Weird. I'm using 3.6 and I've never seen that error. Is it possible it's caused by one of your extensions?

We'll see....

I actually ran into an issue the other day with my extensions. Not this issue, but an issue.

I just disabled all of them and enabled them one by one. Found the one causing the issue and disabled/removed it until an update was made

It is entirely possible that it's caused by an extension or theme or whatever but all of the comments I could find referred to it only happening with 3.6. In other words not all 3.6 users were affected but all affected people were 3.6 users.

I'm using FF 3.6 and having no problems. I updated the day it was released.

In my add-ons it shows an incompatible Ffvb, Greasemonkey 0.8.20100211.5, IE View 1.4.5.1, 3 different versions of the Java Console (they are as inefficient updating their FF extensions as they are updating their Windows installations apparently and just leave old versions everywhere), Sylish 1.0.8 and the .NET Framework Assistant.

Maybe if you list your add-ons we can find the offending one by a process of elimination.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

AdBlock Plus 1.1.3
Java Console 6.0.17
Skype 3.3.0.3971

And that's it.

Seeing as how it happens on my home machine (PC) and the Mac at work, it might be AdBlock Plus. It's the only extension that the two have in common. Although, if it does end up being AdBlock Plus, then I'll live with the problem, better that then the alternative.

Good Job narrowing this one down Red.
