Both coh.com and cityofheroes.com work for me. Don't know what to tell you.
Ask the IT guys to hit the site from their computers and see it's a local network problem or just your computer.

My It guys can't access it from their computers either and have told me that they believe the problem may be in a hop somewhere. The primary line we are allowed to use is a DSL line by Bellsouth. Just wondred if I was the only one.
Hopefully somewhere down the information pipe this gets resolved.

Have you tried flushing your DNS cache?

Browser Cache
Firefox -> check w/in Preference
Internet Explorer -> Tools / Internet Options, select Delete under Browsing history
Chrome -> no idea
DNS Cache
From a command line, type: ipconfig /flushdns
have deleted cookies, temporary internet files and flushed the DNS. Tried running traceroute but hard to make heads or tails of it.
Maybe someone will reboot between here and Dallas maybe.

I know that the NCSoft sites will not load if there is a peer blocker of some sort in play. I'm not sure if that's the case where you are, but that's one possibility.

If you're having trouble copying it out of the command prompt window here's how you pipe it to a text file.

I Apologize if this is the wrong place to ask but my search-fu has not found any information on my problem. Since Monday I have not been able to access the main site (www.cityofheroes.com) in any form or fashion.
The IT guys in the office have told me they are not blocking anything and I can access the site at home. I have tried IE8 and Mozilla with no results. I am on the East coast central time, Alabama specificaly.
Just wondering has anyone else had troubles getting on the website. And even more goofy is that I can access the game from work but not the website.
Any one have any ideas?
