numnia +regen +recov for a WP/ tank?

If your Willpower/ tank is going to have any two of Quick Recovery/Stamina/Physical Perfection, then you are probably not going to need that very valuable IO. Save it for another toon.

The more regeneration the better on that particular powerset. If you can acquire a Regenerative Tissue +Regeneration as well, all the better. The Miracle +Recovery is th eone I would not be concerned about, a Numina's has value even to a character with all 3 end recovery powers.

what do u all think, is it necessary to slot the numnia rare in a wp/ tank who is fully io'd out? i was thinking yes for the low lvl tfs but not so sure for anthing else. i might be picking up physical perfection for energy torrent and i could really give this rare to a toon who would really need it. thanks it advanced all
