Last One Standing - (New Temp Power)
I like the premise, but way too many issues. Among others, what constitutes a team? If I'm duoing, will I get it every time my partner falls? Or do I need a full team of 8 in order to trigger it?
My other big issue here is, well... Vengeance. It exists, and this power just seems like a weaker version.

We've already got Vengeance, and I'm not even sure this power would be needed anyway.
It might make more sense to have it be a craftable temp power or story arc/booster reward. It would only be able to be activated while dead and would function similar to fulcrum shift: it summons a pseudo-pet on top of you (though I'm not sure this is possible without bringing you back to life) which summons a temp power on top of any dead allies within range that provides a buff to any living allies near them. Essentially, your living friends would get more of a buff the more of your nearby teammates are dead.
We have all been there befor, on a team with some buddies... almost a full team wipe. 1 guy is left standing, hoping he can defeat the foes in front of him so the team can rez.
What if when the next to last person falls in defeat, a temp power pops into the tray of the Last person standing?
The temp power would work like this:
Full bar of Health
Full bar of Stamina
25% + Defence
15% + Dmg Resistance
10% + Luck
5% + resistance to slows, stuns, sleeps, knockback, knockdown, etc.
and it would last for 30 seconds.
When the temp power goes in your tray you can see on it the numbers counting down from 30, so you know just how much time you have left.
