No "Enable" "Disable" Teleport Prompt?

the option is stll in the game, i always have it disabled because i think the pompt is especially annoying
the option to prompt tp is under the first box in the general tab, the box labeled team options.
they didnt remove any options (they actually added more), they just rearranged some of the existing options

After having a level-up interrupted by an ATT, or getting TPed in the middle of buying some enhancements or selling stuff, and you may want to re-consider having that prompt off.
About the only time I have the prompt off is if I'm afk for a bit and have a heal aura or bubble on and the team can TP me around to use that until I get back. And, before SSK, when I was mentoring someone so they could keep me close enough.

The Teleport Prompt used to be down in the middle of the General tab, now it's up at the top section.
I'll note that sometimes, for unknown reasons, it gets disabled. I always enable the Teleport Prompt option as soon as I get into the Tutorial with a new character and I never touch it again. Yet, occasionally on level 50 characters, I'd suddenly get teleported without being prompted. Of course, I'd immediately check the option and find that it's not enabled. I don't know why it happens and it's not like I mess with the options a lot and accidentially disabled it.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

So last night, I just started to roll another new Toon. I normally go through the training as I kind of like the nostalgia of it all, having them show me what everything does, kind of funny really. Anyways, was I was prepping my Toon through the Options menu as I normally do, and for the life of me, I could not find the "Enable" TP Promt. You know the one that asks if you would like to be TP'ed away from wherever or whatever you are doing while in team play.
Back in the day I would normally forget to "Enable" this and I would be either at the Market buying and selling or someplace else important before I got my molecules ripped from my body..lol. The normal thinking would be to always have this set on default for "Enable" because I think most people want to give permission before they get zapped away through time and space.
With that being said, I went into the Options menu and searched and could not find this as an option anymore. Has it been removed and now the normal default is "Enable" for everyone or did I just miss it somewhere on the list?
