seriously, i dont see the big deal its almost easier this way if the lead DCs then the next person getting the star has a +4 diff and doesnt notice it, then you wont get mauled the next mish and have to give it up.

It will happen, but I very much doubt before GR.

Messing round with the core code of the game ( as commented is this thread by mod 8) takes a huge amount of testing time.

It is simply not going to happen outside of a major code branch, due to the testing time involved.

If a fix was tested and applied to the current branch, all the testing would have to be done again on the GR branch to check that there wasn't something odd interacting there.

Can we at least get another update to confirm it is being worked on? I truely do miss Invinc TF runs. Players Debuffed/Enemies buffed is not enough.

For Signature TFs (Posi, Synapse, etc; I'm not sure which ones redside, but there are some), the enemies will always spawn at the highest level for their range, ie Posi will always be 15-16, except in the a couple frontloaded missions, where it ranges from 12-16.

Have a level-locked level 10 as the team leader, and the whole team gets +5s for the TF. Adjust the leader's level as necessary for the difficulty you want.

I'd rather they didn't. If they came to the forums to report on every issue that this is asked for, they wouldn't be fixing any bugs, because they'd be too busy posting status updates. They said that they knew it was an issue, they said they're working on it. The fix will go live when the problem is fixed.

My account will once again be cancelled after my 1 month return as well. It's a shame that I often wish I could un-level my character while on Task Forces.

I was almost tempted to roll characters 2, 3 and 4 levels below each of the Task Forces I enjoy and then turn the experience off. Sadly, this wouldn't work on the ITF because that one scales to leader level instead of spawning at a set level like most Task Forces do. Oh well.

This feature is the single most important thing to my game experience. I care more about this feature than all IOs, costumes, Going Rogue, Infamy/Influence, level pacting and whatever Issue 17 has. The most fun I have in this game is running Task Forces at high difficulty levels. I would sincerely and honestly trade deleting all of my characters and all of their Inf for this feature to be returned. I can reroll my characters and re-earn my Inf. I can't fight fun enemies who can actually put up a fight.

And just how do we manage this? We need an entire stable of characters with XP turned off to play the task forces with greater difficulty? Not a viable workaround.
