Make sure you do bank missions , a lot of them . Also teaming with others and adjusting chance to face bosses and AV will help also . Just got mine tuesday and did know realize i was close .
longbow are literally everywhere, i know they spawn in mercy in fairly large numbers down in the ground under GW tower.
