Saturday may be bad as some may not want to tie up the whole weekend like that but a weekday may draw some peole who would rather party on the weekend anyway.

My days off kind of rotate (in every 4 weeks I get two Fri and Sat nights off and two Sun, Mon nights off) so I can never make every week of anything but I certainly wouldn't mind another option that I may be able to hit occasionally
