Whoa. You and I certainly make builds much more differently, that's for sure.

Move the extra slots in Against All Odds somewhere else. That tiny bit of Endurance/Sec you save from it really won't make a significant difference. See if you can get the Ranged Defense down a little bit and the AoE Defense up.

if you put the regen tissue in health instead of physical perfection, it will see benefits from the numi pieces. I would also change one of the end mods in physical perfection to a chance for + end perf shifter proc, and the other one for a perf shifter end mod, im pretty sure with the ammount of recovery in phys perfection, that a proc will see bigger gains than the second end mod, not sure though. if you still want the second end mod, you can use the slot from AAO and it should work out fine.

I forget which one it is, i think membrane exposure, but one of the Hami's can go into active defense and it has defense buff enhancement/recharge. this will give you the recharge you need as well as improving the DDR buff.

I would go with either an end mod or healing IO in the rest slot, you shouldnt need it often enough to really make use of a recharge IO, but when you do need it you want to be able to use it and get back in the fight ASAP

just me though, it's a nice build either way.
