I've never tried it, but I would guess you can use a VISA gift card. You can buy those off the racks at most grocery chain stores.

I wanted to buy booster packs, but i do not use a credit card because i dont have one to buy the game. i Bought city of heros from best buy and i use game time cards. Is there any other way i can buy the booster packs? i did not see any at best buy
