PI needs one.
If you have a lowbie who needs starter cash, KR is the market closest to a vendor. Buy a bunch of stuff for 10 or 100, and then sell it to the vendor. Running back and forth is quicker in Kings than anywhere else.

LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)

As long as they aren't namby-pamby do-gooders says the villain.

Or amoral selfish swine, says the hero.

Orc&Pie No.53230 There is an orc, and somehow, he got a pie. And you are hungry.

Mutant Store in SC ftw.

Though it might be irritating if you haven't picked up a raptor pack or Ninja Run, or hover/fly.

SC has that store and crafting at the university.

Talos has a reasonably close store, but a lowbie might get killed getting there, and a sg portal for crafting. It also has nice seagulls in the background. The walk from the WW to SG and Train is protected by Police Drones, so any toon coming in on the green would be safe. Though most of mine come via the WW Tp.

Ah yes - I had forgotten about that. Although I think they are changing that for GR

If your mouse has greater processing power than your gfx card, the answer is yes.

Inspirations also get you no healing badge credit, and require you to be carrying them, both of which are problems.

If your base has a medbay then the self destruct power from the cyborg Booster is also a base teleport. =)

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.

On my villains, I usually get the Arena +endurance day job first. It's conveniently located close to the trainer, BM, and vendor and fairly centrally located. It's always good to have a little extra endurance, especially pre-stamina.

Absolutely, but you can buy them.

Well, yes, you can buy inspirations. You can also buy a Revolver, I just don't see the relevance. o_O

Oh, gosh, that thing is the worst. I've also crafted the bat. I deleted the hammer recipe. Can't sell the thing.
