Build for around 55% s/l def...+HP and rech
Ice is a very survivable pvp build...not so sure about elec
elec lacks in dmg, and has long animating atks so it isnt the best pvp set...but wit IO's you could make it work..My elec/regen tears shih up so im sure u wouldnt do too bad http://boards.cityofheroes.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
Just my 2 cents
Elec can take a few procs so it's good if you go that route, stalkers and scrappers benefit from crits so your not going to do that kind of dmg. Ice is very good for survival.
my scraper is elec melee wp and does pretty well
Oh yea dont be afraid to abuse that placate proc..it makes me angry and makes u happy
