How do I contact support?

It sounds like a stupid question, but it's a little less stupid than that. I own the US versions of City of Heroes and City of Villains. Before, when I went to ask for support, I could just specify City of Heroes and that would be that. Now, though, because I live in Europe, the only choices I have are City of Heroes Europe and City of Villains Europe. I own neither, and it wouldn't sense for me to direct it to the Euro customer support, since I don't have an Euro account.

So, again, how do I contact support for the US version when the PlayNC site won't let me? It was bad enough with the PlayNC store constantly defaulting me to Euro bonus packs incompatible with the version I own, but at least then I could grab the US version anyway. But here, I don't have a choice at all. Is there any way to save myself from this?

1 - If you are able to log in, petition from there.

2 - Sign up at the Euro support site and ask there how to get a link to the US that won't redirect you based on IP.

Make sure the email for your master account is up to date, then petition ingame? If you explain some of the issue then you can go into detail when you get the email reply.

That's my guess.

There's an US flag icon up near the top. That will change to the US version of NCstore.

Otherwise, contact support, and on the first email tell them you need support of the US version of game. They will forward on, but will be an extra delay as they do so.

edit: looks changed again, try the top right where you probably see Language: "english (GB)" with a drop down list. Change that to English (US) and should change sites as well.

The UK-to-US flag does nothing to change the PlayNC store (I still get offered Euro versions of everything), but it DID change my Ask a Question interface, and now I'm offered just plain old City of Heroes. No "Europe." That'll do.

Thanks a bunch! I actually used to try those flags before, but since they didn't do jack to the PlayNC Store, I thought they just weren't working
