Hmmmmm, interesting. Though I was keen on getting this also for having updated discs... I assume Steam would just provide the code? I don't see any mention of actual discs in their listing.

Steam is pure digital distribution, no discs. Know what you mean, I got it for 15 bucks off Best Buy back in the day, just to have a more up to date install disc (and a cheap costume pack).

EDIT:
But if you haven't gotten Architect edition yet... You get a free month AND a costume pack, for ten bucks. It's worth it for the monthly sub alone.
